NICK MAZEROV

Nick’s passion for lawn care began in 1991 in Houston, Texas, at just 12 years old. With a push mower, an electric weed trimmer, and a 100-foot extension cord, he started by caring for his own family’s yard. After winning Yard of the Month, neighbors quickly took notice, and Nick soon found himself maintaining lawns for more than 20 homes in his neighborhood—walking from house to house with his equipment. By age 16, Nick had paid cash for his first car, fueled entirely by his lawn care business. Over the years, he sharpened not only his landscaping skills, but also a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, and attention to detail—even safely removing venomous snakes from properties and relocating them to nearby creek areas when needed. Nick later earned multiple degrees from Texas State University and spent time teaching in South Korea, where he met his wife and started a family. In 2018, he returned to the United States with his family so his sons could spend meaningful time with their grandfather before his passing.

After briefly working in construction, Nick realized his true passion had always been lawn care and landscaping. He chose to return to the industry that shaped his work ethic from childhood, building a business grounded in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and pride in every property served. Today, Nick continues to do what he’s loved for decades—creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces—while building a legacy he hopes to one day pass on to his sons.
