Aeration
Only offered in the fall due to Pennsylvania climate.
Overseeding

The process of spreading seed on top of existing lawn to thicken it. This service is only available if your lawn has been recently aerated.
A process that punches small holes in the soil to relieve compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots more effectively, leading to deeper root growth, better nutrient absorption, improved drainage, and a thicker, healthier lawn with better drought and heat tolerance.
Aeration
Top Dressing
Top dressing a lawn is applying a thin layer of soil, compost, or sand to the surface to improve soil health, level uneven areas, and provide nutrients for healthier, thicker grass. Best when combined with overseeding.
Fertilizing
After aeration and overseeding, you can opt for fertilizer as well. The fertilizer we use will be a starter fertilizer with a phosphorus-rich formula that is designed for western PA grass and climate.
